At White House Hotel, we understand that plans may change unexpectedly. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which guests may receive refunds or modify their reservations.
1. Room Booking Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time are eligible for a full refund.
⚠️ Late Cancellation

Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will incur a one-night charge or forfeit of deposit (whichever applies).
❌ No-Show

If a guest does not arrive and fails to cancel in advance, the booking will be marked as a no-show and is non-refundable.
2. Refund Process

Refunds (where applicable) will be processed using the original payment method.

Processing may take 5–7 working days depending on your bank or payment gateway.

If the booking was made through a third-party platform (e.g., Booking.com), refunds must be requested directly from them.
3. Modifications

Guests may request to change their check-in/check-out dates up to 48 hours before arrival, subject to room availability.

Date changes do not attract a fee unless there’s a rate difference or upgrade involved.
4. Live Events or Promotions

Special offers, event packages, and promotional bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.
5. Payment Disputes

We aim to resolve billing issues within 72 hours.
6. Force Majeure
No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, or local unrest). However, we may offer to reschedule the reservation without penalty.
