Make a Booking

Reserve a room through our website or at the front desk. Make sure you're logged into your account or provide your booking email.

Complete Your Stay

Once you've checked out and your payment is confirmed, your booking is reviewed and finalized.

Points Are Assigned

Our team will calculate your total spending (based on your invoice) and credit points to your account.

Track Your Balance

Log into your account to view your total reward points, transaction history, and usage status.

Redeem & Enjoy

When you're ready to book again, you can request to redeem your points and get a discount on your next reservation.

Redemption Policy

  • Points can be redeemed manually by contacting us during booking or before payment

  • Redeemed points are deducted automatically after use

  • Points cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Canceled, refunded, or no-show bookings do not earn points

  • Only bookings tied to a registered user/email are eligible

  • Points apply to room bookings and qualifying services

  • You’ll be notified by email once your points have been added
